LiftPeers was created from lived experience and a belief that no one should face mental health challenges alone.

My name is Brad, and I’ve been living with bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety, and panic attacks for over 30 years. These experiences have shaped who I am and allow me to support others with genuine empathy, understanding, and compassion.

Peer support is different from clinical care. It’s built on shared experience, mutual respect, and real human connection. I don’t see people as diagnoses—I meet them where they are, with no judgment.

Through LiftPeers, I offer non-clinical peer support through individual and group services focused on hope, empowerment, and recovery. My goal is simple: to help people feel heard, supported, and less alone.
